How do credits work?
Each artifact generation consumes one credit. Free trial credits never reset. Paid tiers reset unused credits monthly on billing date.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade effective at the next invoice cycle unless our billing provider applies proration — we mirror that behaviour in-account.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until you renew, upgrade, or buy a credit top-up. Your projects and uploads stay intact.
Is my data secure?
Files are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Team and Enterprise tiers add regional residency and optional customer-managed keys as described above.
Do you offer refunds?
We generally do not refund partial months if you consumed credits, but reach out via [email protected] if something went wrong—we handle edge cases pragmatically.
